Returns Policy

All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the invoice receipt). All merchandise returns must be accompanied by a receipt. Returns without a receipt are subject to approval.

• Shoes with visible wear cannot be retuned or exchanged. Do not wear outside until you have decided to keep them. Please walk on carpeted surfaces when trying shoes on at home.

• Defects: POTHIA warrants its' products in case of a manufacturer's defect or material failure occuring within 90 days of the date of purchase. This warranty does NOT cover, and Credit will NOT be issued for defects/ failures due to: abuse (cuts and/or chemical or acid burns), excessive wear, shoes not properly fitted as to size.

• Return Procedure: A Return Authorization (RA) Number MUST be requested for EACH return. Unless there was an error caused by POTHIA, you are responsible for the return shipping charges. Cartons/packages not clearly marked with the RA number may be refused and returned to the sender, at the sender's own expense. Upon receipt, all merchandise will be inspected by our quality control department, who shall retain the final power of discretion at to whether the product is defective (or is in re-salable condition in the case of an exchange or refund.)

• Packaging Fees may apply to items returned without original tags/packaging. Shoes must be returned in original box/packaging or a $5.00 box fee will be applicable per pair.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Money Orders.

Our rates below are for USPS or Fed-Ex Ground service. If you would prefer a different method of shipping, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
